Dufferin Construction Company is led by Wayne Lazzarato who holds the position of Vice President.
The Vice President has a representative from each functional area which report directly to him and serve as members of the Management Committee.
Each functional area is lead by an individual Manager, with the exception of Marketing/Estimating and Operations for which one Manager leads both functional areas within their assigned District. This allows for greater synergy between these two functional areas.
