Marketing/Estimating Department
The Marketing/Estimating Department is responsible for locating and securing projects to be constructed by our Operations team.
Our Estimators analyze the project scope and specifications to determine an estimate of quantities, material prices and labour costs based on the drawings, plans and specifications submitted by the project owner.
Our Estimators also have an additional role as Project Coordinator. Once the project has been awarded, the Estimator is then responsible to assist with the scheduling and coordination of the construction project.
The Marketing Department is also responsible for implementing ongoing marketing and promotional initiatives.
