Contracts and Credit Department
The Contracts and Credit Department reviews and authorizes contract documents and advises senior management on the financial impact or legal risk.
They administer and monitor insurance, performance bonds, labour and material bonds for all projects. In addition, they administer publication of substantial completion to initiate final payment and establish warranty dates.
The Contracts and Credit Department manages legal issues relating to the Construction Lien Act for both customer issues as well as sub contract issues and permits.
