Provides administrative and clerical support to various departments within our organization.
The Finance Department is responsible for the monitoring of systems and procedures to ensure costs correspond to revenue, accruals, journal entries, profit contribution etc.
Contracts and Credit Department
The Contracts and Credit Department reviews and authorizes contract documents and advises senior management on the financial impact or legal risk.
The Purchasing Department is responsible to ensure that Dufferin Construction receives the most favourable vendor pricing and payment terms etc.
The Marketing/Estimating Department is responsible for locating and securing projects to be constructed by our Operations team.
The Human Resources Department is responsible for employee recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, training and development, succession planning etc.
Health and Safety
The Health and Safety Department provides support in all aspects of health and safety related to field and administrative operations.
The Operations team plans, schedules and manages civil engineering projects.
Plants, Equipment and Technology Department
The Plants, Equipment and Technology (P.E.T.) Department consists of three maintenance facilities used to service Dufferin Construction. Dufferin Construction’s primary maintenance shop is located in Oakville, Ontario, and our other facilities are located in Cayuga and London, Ontario.
Quality Control Department
The Quality Control Department is dedicated to providing technical support services to the Operations team of Dufferin Construction.
