CCA National Safety Award [ 2005]

Dufferin Construction Company is proud to receive the National Safety Award for 2005.  This award was presented by Canadian Construction Association and is sponsored by Vipon Inc.  Dufferin implemented a comprehensive, 23 point Occupational Health and Safety Management System based on a British Safety Council system. 

Description of Award

The CCA National Safety Award was created in 2002, it is to be known as the "Safety Award" to recognize an individual company's demonstrated achievements and commitments in the pursuit of safety in the construction work place across Canada.

Nominations are made by CCA integrated, mixed or affiliated trade associations, as well as individual CCA member firms, as a further recognition for their local success in the area of safety.  The Award recognizes achievements in program development, staff training, industry contribution, as well as safe work record accomplishments.
